Town Bridlington.

This was the final find of our holiday and what a nice way to end, by finding a cache that we had previously failed to find.

This cache is situated near the Bridlington Priory and Bale Gate Museum.
Both are well worth visiting, with the Museum proving to be a really interesting way to spend an hour. Bridlington really suffered during the war and all the evidence is here.

If you get chance to walk around the Priory then take it, it's very interesting inside.

Town: Whitby

This was the final of 5 finds in one day at Whitby.

This cache is hidden at the Whitby Pavilion, and the hide is ingenious.
Not only do you have to find the cache but then you have to work out how to get to it.
We had to use a chip fork of all things to prize it out of it's hiding hole.
A brilliant cache in a wonderful town, and a great day of our holiday.

Date found 20/08/09.

Town: Whitby

This was the first of 5 finds in one day at Whitby.
Whitby is a very beautiful fishing town, steeped in History, as it was the home of James Cook and the inspiration for Dracula.

This First cache near the statue of Captain Cook gives a beautiful view over the busy Whitby harbour and also over the town itself.

Even the rain couldn't spoil the view.

Town: Scarborough
We visited this Cache on our first wedding aniversary and it proved the perfect end to a fantastic and sunny day.

This cache is hidden at the Scarborough Spa, home of some very nice live music and entertainment in scarborough.

The cache is brilliantly hidden and we required help from other cachers who had been there before....although the wed wine may have made things more difficult.

We visited this Cache on our first wedding aniversary and it proved the perfect backdrop to a fantastic day.

This is a nice Cache in the very beautiful Peasholm Park in Scarborough.
Peasholm Park has a very large boating lake and is famous for it's

There are regular navel battles with miniature boats and concerts in the band stand.
The park provides an ideal home for a variety of wildlife, from ducks to

This cache was very nicely situated and with lateral thinking an easy find, although there are plenty of Muggels walking around to make it difficult. ;-)
